Please use the following settings when setting up your email in Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail and/or any mobile device:
1. Account name is your entire email address as set up through Infosaic webmail. Password is the password as set up on the mail server.
2. Use the following for incoming and outgoing mail servers: mail.infosaic.com
3. Make sure you check "My Server Requires Authentication" for the outgoing mail server.
Please note that many ISP's block 3rd party SMTP servers, and in this case we recommend using alternative port 8383 under the outgoing mail server port in the Advanced Settings.
4. Under the Advanced Settings, specify to delete of the mail server and specify the # of days. You at least want 1 day as you may have multiple devices pulling email off the server.
