We support default pages in the following order:

Default.htm
Default.asp
index.htm
index.html
iisstart.htm
default.aspx
index.php

Other default pages can be set up, as well the order can be changed through your control panel under "Default Documents" or under Web Server Administration -- Web Site Properties -- Home Folder.
