In order to create a database, you simply need to login to your control panel (http://controlpanel.infosaic.com).

Once you have logged in and selected your domain, you can click on "Add a database" under Database Administration to create a database.

Once created, an email will be sent to you with all your database information so that you can connect to and/or manage your database.
