The help file is emailed to an person if they fail to subscribe properly or they do not post messages that conform to the policies of the list. By default, the help file contains the list of appropriate commands that the person can use with the list.

To edit the help file, choose Help File from the manage pop-up menu on the Mailing Lists page.
